Construction of a Primary School in the in Region of Pyapon In the outskirts of Kyet Pha Hmwe Zaung there are many communities the schools of which were destroyed by the cyclone Nargis. With the help of non governmental organizations the villagers built them up again. But the materials are mainly of wood, bamboo and plastic. After the rainy season and with the strong impact of the burning sun many of these temporary buildings are in extremely bad condition not lasting more than one school term. For this reason we plan together with Uniteam Marine Yangon to set up a small primary school (18m x 9m x 4m) in the area of the Delta village of Pyapon. © 2008 - Myanmar Development Aid e.V.
